FAQ
Questions about prices and billing
Is Classic really free?
Yes. Joining and building a profile cost nothing, and Classic is free to keep. Free members can send a limited number of messages a day and can always read and reply to messages from VIP and VIP+ members.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The 1 week, 1 month, 3 month and 6 month plans renew automatically until you cancel. The 12 month plan is paid once and does not renew.
Will the charge show up discreetly on my bank statement?
Yes. The charge appears on your bank statement under a neutral name.
What currency do I pay in?
This page shows prices in Australian dollars. Members in other countries pay in the currency of their country, for example US dollars in the United States.
What is the difference between VIP and VIP+?
VIP adds unrestricted messaging, advanced search filters, members-only chat rooms, private group chats of up to 50 people, rewinding swipes and a view of everyone who likes you. VIP+ adds exclusive matches, priority placement for your messages and likes, and a place at the top of the match stack, with profile boosts and Super Match available as add-ons.
Are profile boosts and Super Match included?
They are available as add-ons with VIP+. A boost promotes your profile to active members nearby, and a Super Match sends a highlighted message that your match sees first.
